Morgan is responsible for conducting preliminary background research and interviewing various professionals in the construction and building materials industry. She collects valuable interview data to help clients make data-driven business decisions and maximize their growth potential.

Morgan earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has been working in the data/analytics/research industry since 2018, starting as a research assistant in a graduate-level research lab at the University of Tennessee. She started a Data Analytics certificate at the end of 2022 and soon after joined the Principia team.

What Morgan likes most about her role at Principia: “I enjoy the team effort that’s necessary to keep our work going. I’m also excited to speak with folks to learn more about any given subject on the phone, it’s exciting to hear peoples’ stories.”
