Derrick Holland

Engagement Manager

Derrick is an Engagement Manager within Principia’s consulting group. He brings nearly 10 years of experience to the Principia team.  As an engagement manager, Derrick is responsible for managing client relationships, conducting custom research projects from start to finish, and positioning Principia as a strategic partner for clients in the building materials and construction industry.

Before joining Principia, Derrick worked at GLG and Insight Consulting group, mainly in the Life Sciences and Enterprise Technology fields. His work included utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods, handling communication duties with clients, and becoming strategic partners with clients.

Derrick holds a PhD from Texas Tech University in Media & Communication. He has a Bachelor of Science from Texas State University and a master’s from Texas State University.
