Caroline Baca

Research Analyst

Caroline supports the primary and secondary research functions for Principia’s consulting engagements and data products. Her responsibilities include survey design, programming, survey result procurement, and data analysis.

Before joining Principia, Caroline worked in the auto industry, supporting survey projects backed by research and data analysis. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Texas A&M University.

What Caroline likes most about her role at Principia: “There is something to be learned from every project — whether it’s new information, a new way of performing certain aspects of my role, or just something interesting about one of my colleagues.”
