Lou founded Principia in 1995 and leads strategic direction and growth initiatives with the company. He supports business development, client management, and overall company management.

As a 34-year consulting professional, Lou has a successful track record in strategy development and general management. His background includes driving profitable growth at Fortune 500 companies and assisting clients with strategic planning, business participation options, competitive positioning, and channel strategies. Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College.
