Principia is excited to announce the addition of two team members to contribute to its continued growth in serving the building materials and construction industry. Principia remains focused on delivering high quality research and consulting services to help clients achieve profitable growth.

Alex Vaysben is a Quantitative Analyst and joins the analytics group which focuses on the collection, cleansing and synthesizing of Principia’s information. Alex’s primary responsibilities include the development and improvement of algorithms for existing and developing models. Prior to joining Principia, Alex worked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, where he led the process improvement effort for the statewide Permitting Program.

Caleb Hensel is a Market Research Associate where he will be responsible for supporting the primary and secondary research functions for both Principia’s consulting engagements and research products. Specific focus includes questionnaire design, sample design and procurement, vendor management, analysis, and competitive intelligence. Prior to joining Principia, Caleb was a Research Analyst for Interpret LLC. At Interpret, Caleb spearheaded concept testing and consumer tracking studies for the motion picture industry.
