Principia is excited to announce the addition of two team members to contribute to its continued growth and focus on serving the building and construction industry.  Principia remains focused on delivering high quality data products and consulting services and the addition of Frank Dix as Director, Business Development and Elodie Kouamo as Quantitative Analyst will ensure continued emphasis on helping clients achieve their growth goals.

Frank Dix joins Principia as Director of Business Development.  Frank’s focus will be on fostering current client relationships and identifying new business development opportunities within Principia’s data products. Frank will work closely with clients to ensure maximum return for their investment in Principia products and services to address market position and share, insights on product demand, and identify opportunities for increased sales.  Prior to joining Principia, Frank worked for ConstructConnect where he was involved in all aspects of business development including sales, management and sales training.

Elodie Kouamo joins Principia’s quantitative research team which focuses on the collection, cleansing and synthesizing of Principia’s information.  Elodie’s primary responsibilities include the development and improvement of algorithms for existing and developing models.  In addition, Elodie supports overall research efforts through the analysis and interpretation of results in order to create and improve Principia’s data products. Prior to joining Principia, Elodie worked for Cardlytics where she was responsible for collecting and analyzing purchase history data for various businesses, financial institutions and external stakeholders.
