Cassidy Hale

Quantitative Analyst

Cassidy is a member of the quantitative analyst team focused on collection, cleansing, and synthesizing of data. Her responsibilities include obtaining, transforming, and analyzing data for Principia’s consulting projects, as well as creating data visualizations.

Prior to joining the Principia team, Cassidy worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Cassidy brings a diverse background to the quantitative team, having experience as a research assistant before pivoting to the data analytics field. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in data analytics from Stonehill College.
