Building the Future: How to Attract and Retain Skilled Contractors

Principia’s ongoing monthly survey of builders and contractors reveals the implementation of a multitude of strategies to attract and retain good talent. Perhaps the most surprising statistics from this question is the small number of respondents reporting no shortage of skilled contractors, or have no formal plan to address worker shortages. This reveals that to one extent or another, builders and contractors feel they must take action to attract and retain skilled labor.
